The aim of the project analyze is to talk about the pointless meals spending (wastages) currently incurred by affected enterprise. The targets of the job can be summarised as follows: (a) identifying and examining the possible causes of food wastages in the business, (b) considering the end-to-end process making use of the Lean 6 Sigma (LSS) and foretelling of methods which can help to reduce meals wastages, and (c) recommending and proposing new work-flow that can help to reduce wastages.

From the info analysis, the five (5) systems gaps identified (Please see Appendix 5), we further narrowed down the scope of and identified the fact that key adding factors causing the wastages are: (a) the process of organizing the food indents and (b) the submitting the eating power (ES) amendment forms.

While using key main causes identified, recommendations had been then made to review the present work-flow through the adoption of two (2) key thrusts. These crucial initiatives incorporate reviewing the existing contracting system and restructuring the current business design of procedure.
